Dips are one of the best appetizers; they are easy to make and serve plenty. This dip is fun because you can customize the richness of the dip based on the beer you use. The darker the beer, the richer the flavor of the dip.

  • 1 packet ranch dip mix

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 16 oz softened cream cheese

  • Green onions

  1. Mix dip mix together, cheddar cheese and cream cheese.

  2. Gradually stir in beer until desired consistency is achieved.

  3. Top with green onions and additional cheddar cheese

  4. Serve with pretzels or vegetables.

Pesto and Goat Cheese Baguettes

Here’s another tasty appetizer that is easy to make! Depending on how much time you have, you can either use store bought pesto or make your own.

  • Goat Cheese

  • French baguette

  • Basil pesto

  1. Cut baguette diagonally into thin slices

  2. Layer goat cheese, then pesto on top of slices

  3. Serve!
