Chocolate peanut butter banana overnight oats recipe

Rushing to class or work is a common occurrence for many college students, so, many end up skipping breakfast to try to make it on time. Breakfast is important to fuel your body and get you ready for the day. Try this easy recipe you can make the night before and enjoy in the morning

Ingredients:

– One ripe banana

– 2 tbsp. chocolate peanut butter powder

– ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

– ⅓ cup uncooked old fashioned oats

Directions:

  1. In a mason jar, mash the banana using a fork. Mash until all chunks are gone.

  2. Add in chocolate peanut butter powder, unsweetened almond milk, and uncooked old fashioned oats.

  3. Use the fork to combine all ingredients together.

  4. Put in the fridge overnight and eat in the morning!

Tips:

– Add some fruit in the next day to make sure you’re getting enough of your daily nutrients!

– If you’re not a fan of peanut butter, or simply just love chocolate, you can substitute the chocolate peanut butter powder with unsweetened cocoa powder. If you choose to do this, I recommend adding in a bit of brown sugar as well.

– Making this in a jar with a lid is ideal. This will ensure that it won’t leak overnight.
