Beginning tomorrow, November 5^th, the Arts Center in Corvallis will be hosting a Pre-Owned Art Sale for those looking to purchase used art for their homes, offices, or dorms. The sale benefitting the Arts Center is a great way to “recycle, reuse, re-art” while giving your personal space some new touches!

The Pre-Owned Art Sale will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday morning and run until 3 p.m. in the afternoon at the Arts Center on Madison Avenue. If you are also interested in donating your own used art to support the Arts Center, stop by today between noon and 6 p.m. to contribute to the sale. 

Not sure what you can donate? The organization will be accepting “anything that people want to donate,” according to Cynthia Spencer, the Executive Director at the Arts Center. “I’ve got stuff running out of my ears. Things that I loved at one point and maybe forgot about, or pieces that I’m ready to move out,” said Cynthia.

So, like Cynthia discussed, gather up your old art and take it to the Arts Center where someone else will have the opportunity to appreciate it. Don’t forget to stop by Saturday to find a new piece that suits your dorm or apartment and support a wonderful organization for the arts in the Corvallis community.
