Ingredients required:

  • Graham crackers
  • Canned Mandarin oranges
  • Granulated sugar
  • One pack of gelatin
  • Plain Greek yogurt
  • Sour cream
  • Cream cheese (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare a 5oz crème brûlée bowl:

  • Break down the graham crackers into fine crumbs
  • Mix with about 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • Firmly spread the mix into the bottom of the bowl

Step 2: Mix 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of sour cream and your desired amount of sugar—the best flavor requires at least 8 tablespoons—add your desired amount of melted cream cheese

Step 3: Boil 1 cup of hot water, mix with half a pack of gelatin until the gelatin completely dissolves

Step 4: Mix the dissolved gelatin into the yogurt mix, gently pour the mixture into the crème brûlée bowl

Step 5: Let the bowl chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour or until the mixture has cured

Step 6: Take the bowl out of the refrigerator, then boil another 1 cup of water and mix with the other half of the packet of gelatin, add at least 4 tablespoons of sugar to the mixture

Step 7: Gently place canned mandarin orange slices onto the firm mixture, be creative with this process

Step 8: Gently pour the sweetened gelatin mixture into the crème brûlée bowl until all the orange pieces are completely submerged

Step 9: Let the crème brûlée bowl chill in the fridge again until all the gelatin has cured

Step 10: Enjoy!
