The annual part-time job fair will take place on October 1 from 11 AM to 2 PM in the Student Experience Center (SEC) Plaza.
Supported and organized by the Career Development Center, the job fair brings together a variety of Oregon State University Departments and Corvallis-area employers looking for OSU students to fill open positions on their teams.
According to event organizer Valerie Ferguson, the fair will give students seeking jobs or internships the chance to connect with businesses in the Corvallis and Albany area. Employers will be stationed at booths throughout the Plaza.
In addition, company representatives will be accepting job applications on-site and connecting with students interested in employment. Throughout the three-hour event, students are encouraged to drop by between classes and take advantage of the opportunity to put themselves out there.
A few of the employers featured at the job fair include, Boys & Girls Cub of Corvallis (Booth 4), Coastal Farm (Booth 16), Woodstock’s Pizza Parlor (Booth 7), and more.
