It’s Sunday and you have a long week ahead of you. Get your face and your mental health prepared for the week a face mask! Below are three simple, refreshing and relaxing DIY face masks for you and your friends to try.

Honey Cinnamon Mask

Good for Acne Prone Skin

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoon honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the honey and cinnamon in a small bowl

  2. Apply the mixture to acne prone spots, cover equally

  3. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes

  4. Wash off with warm water and feel rejuvenated!

Honey, Lemon, Baking Soda Mask

Good for Brightening Skin

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda  

Instructions

  1. Mix together the honey, lemon juice and baking soda in a small bowl

  2. Apply mixture to full face, cover equally

  3. Leave on for five to 10 minutes

  4. Wash off with warm water and feel regenerated!

Honey and Coconut Oil Mask

Good for Inflamed Skin

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, melted)

  • 2 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the honey and coconut oil in a small bowl

  2. Apply mixture to full face, cover equally

  3. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes

  4. Wash off with warm water and feel refreshed!
